Workouts Designed For All

The question often arises, though, as to how to make this regimen applicable to the novice person. Whether you are an experienced athlete or a beginner learner, the needs of the two may differ, but the end goal still manifests through identical physiological mechanisms. We use the same routines for both and do not change the program, instead we tweak the load and intensity for who we are catering to. So no matter what your fitness level is, we have you covered!

1 on 1 Coaching

When starting with our CrossFit class, every new member will go through an introductory period lasting anywhere from 4-8 session. In these sessions you will work 1-on-1 with one of our CrossFit coaches to make sure you comprehend and can perform all nine of our foundational movements from the CrossFit Certification Course. Once you are comfortable with or master our Foundations Course you will then join along in as many classes as you would like each month!

Learn More About Coach Jordan

Hey, I’m Jordan CrossFit Coach and Co-Owner here at BMFC! I grew up a multi-sport athlete From Houston, Texas. Baseball, Football, Wrestlin, and Skateboarding is where my roots in body movement and biomechanics started. However I didn’t start lifting weights until I was 19. Now 29, I’ve spent the last decade learning exercise science formally from University of Nebraska, Omaha and from right here inside the gym with firsthand experience. I was Introduced to CrossFit in 2018 and have spent the last 5 years dedicating all my spare time to training and being a competitive athlete in the sport. While I enjoy the competitive aspect of CrossFit, the real joy is helping others and showing just what their body is capable of no matter if they are 16 or 60.

Learn More About Coach Ashley

Meet Ashley! With a background of being a previous Gymnast & Diver in her high school days to coaching both sports, she has many years of experience in understanding body awareness & body control and has built a love for teaching people how to have balance, agility, coordination and rhythm.

Ashley found CrossFit is 2013 and started competing in the sport in 2014. “I grew a passion for the sport as an athlete from realizing my strength and potential. Feeling strong as a woman is empowering. Finding what I am capable of and pushing myself to be stronger & more fit every day is what motivates me and I want to give that feeling to others!”

Ashley has been a Diving and Gymnastics Coach for 5+ years from coaching kids to young adults and enjoys helping everyone explore their potential to a stronger version of themselves!
