Demonstration of how to a Burpee & Box Jump Workout by Chris Schanou of Body Masters and Tim Collins with TC’s Strength and Conditioning. In addition, we show you the way to do a modified version of the Burpee for those not comfortable with the full version. The burpee and box jump are compound exercises and both great for burning calories and building muscle all over your body.
Important: Remember to have your feet in a stable position and engage your core (suck your belly button into you spine) when doing these lifts.
